Location
We are located just south of
Inter State 20 (I20). You will exit on Highway 69 and go south to Tyler's Loop 323. You
will turn right onto Loop 323 and travel six
miles to Highway 155 South. You will turn south and go two miles to Highway 57
turn east and go .7th of a mile and turn right on Old Noonday Road.
Then you will go 1.3th of a mile and we are on the left sitting 200 feet of the
road.

Q. Do I need reservations for my treatments?
A. Yes, once you have chosen the treatment you wish to experience you will need to book a reservation as early as possible so that we may accommodate your schedule. See Reservations/Cancellations requirements.
Q. What if I don't know what treatments to choose?
A. Our qualified booking staff knows about each treatment or combinations of treatments and what the benefits are. We want you to see and feel results with your treatments therefore feel free to ask questions.
Q. What should I wear to the Spa?
A. Please wear comfortable clothes. Leave jewelry at home. Please refrain from wearing fragrances as it will interfere with the essential oils and plant extracts that we blend not only for you but everyone else in the spa as well. WE will provide you with a robe and sandals for your stay. Please bring your swimsuit for use in the hydrotherapy tub if you feel the need.
Q. When should I arrive?
A. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time to allow for changing into your robe and relax prior to your treatment. Prior to treatments first time guest will be required to complete a guest form.
Q. Special health considerations?
A. Prior to any treatment with us you will be asked to complete a guest form and advise us of any health concerns you may have or any conditions you feel we need to know about.
Q. What if I run late for my appointment?
A. Arriving late for your appointment limits the time of your treatment. Each treatment has a booked time, therefore we will have end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Q. What about cell phones?
A. Your time here is limited and special and is to get way to renew, so we ask you to please turn of your cell phone please. This is for you and others that are here to relax and renew.
Q. What is Microdermabrasion?
A. Microdermabrasion is a superficial polishing of the skin with the aid of micro-crystals that are vacuumed over the skin. This technique delivers a gentle abrasion which efficiently produces satisfying results that decreases appearance of Scars, Acne, reduction of age spots, etc. and much more
Q. What exactly should I expect when I arrive at the spa?
A. Our staff are warm an friendly, they will welcome you, and will get you started. You will feel welcome. We are committed to making your experience comfortable, enjoyable, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your visit!
Upon arrival (we suggest 15-20 minutes in advance of your appointment) you will check in at our reception desk, fill out a short questionnaire on your first visit with us. (You can fill it out on line for convenience but please arrive 15 minutes early please)
You will then be escorted to our relaxation room (ceiling is 31 feet high) to relax until your provider comes to escort you to the treatment room.
If your treatment re quires disrobing, your provider will exit the room after going over questionnaire and covering your treatment with you.
When your treatment is over, your provider will escort you to your next location if you have malt able treatments. If products were used we have samples available for most of our lines.
Q. What should I not bring?
A. Please don't bring cell phones, pagers or please turn them off. There is not a place for children to wait on you for your service.
Q. How do I make reservations?
A. You can make your reservation in person or call the spa. Your reservation is held with a gift card number or credit card number.
Q. Why do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
A. We ask for a credit card number to guarantee your reservation, just like air lines and hotels when making a reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until after (please bring your card) your stay, and you may change form of payment at checkout. Please note our cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours before a single reservation or 96 hours for a group there is no penalty. If you cancel under 24 hours for a single reservation or 96 hours for a group your card will be charged 50% of the booking amount. If you do not call and simply just do not show up, your credit card will be bill the full amount of your booking amount.
Q. Can I receive treatments if pregnant or if I have medical conditions?
A. When pregnant you must be past your first trimester for massages. Medical conditions ask when you book your reservation. If you prefer call your doctor, and explain what treatments you will be having and go with his recommendation please.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and checks on local banks.
Q. Should I tip?
A. We believe tipping is up to you. The front staff will make sure your provider receives what if any amount you leave. If you choose to tip it can be left in credit card payment, personal check or cash. Clients who do choose to tip typically leave 15-20% of the price of the service provided, but tiping is a personal matter and is entirely at your discretion.
